ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
In and out of Astral Apparel Angel Armoury I am passionate about eradicating waste and operating in a fashion as environmentally sound as possible. I am not a ‘fast’ business. I consider my collections ageless. I possess no surplus stock or materials. My studio and despatch office are free of single use materials. If I generate any waste that cannot be recycled by traditional waste streams, I let said waste to eco waste management companies. All metal scraps are melted for reuse, indeed my own financial homeostasis is something to be tended to. Not a single offcut goes to waste or landfill. My packaging is recyclable and crafted by recycled materials, utilising environmentally friendly ink. My dispatch and packing materials are biodegradable.
Due to the frivolous nature of my wares, it is paramount that my environmental impact is harmonious at the very least. I consider my work a reflection of myself, so it is essential that my values are mirrored if I am to move with accountability and integrity.
I will only collaborate with traders who values are in alignment with my own. Environmentally speaking, this means sourcing crystals and gemstones cut by hand. Minimising environmental impact and protecting local people, who I believe in turn to be conglomerates of the environment. This requires local traders investing in local communities as opposed to gargantuan corporations. Instead of large scale mining, the crystals, metals and gemstones incorporated at Astral Apparel Angel Armoury are obtained by hand, thus retaining value in all senses of the word. My collaborating traders must abide and honour environmental impact as well as licensing and pollution control.
I am dedicated to learning and developing to maintain my business as a force for good, as far as vanity, materialism and expression goes.

Delivery
UK
Astral Apparel Angel Armoury deliver in the UK via Royal Mail signed for 1st class. Other delivery options are available on request. Postage costs vary between items [please refer to item description]. Please bear in mind that delivery occurs in accordance to pre-made items or non pre-made items with reference to the production time of the item.
Europe
Standard Delivery: 15 - 20 days, £4.95 [no tracking]
Express Delivery: 2 - 6 days, £12 [tracked]
International
Standard Delivery: 15 - 25 days, £4.95 [no tracking]
Express Delivery: 5-14 days, £12 [tracked]
Purchasers in the Netherlands or South America are permitted delivery only via International Express Delivery.

Service during hectic periods such as national holidays advise Express delivery for greater certainty of punctual delivery time.
Orders are despatched Monday - Saturday 07:00-17:00 via Royal Mail. Please see purchased item description for information regarding the production and shipping period. If the purchased item is pre-made as indicated in the item description, shipping will occur the following working day at the latest. Delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed however all measures will be implemented in order to ensure that the purchase is delivered in the expressed timeframe.
Orders outside of the EU may be subject to charges by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Astral Apparel Angel Armoury have no control over customs charges and are unable to estimate figures. Customs policies vary between countries, local customs office should be contacted for further information.
Due to current restrictions Astral Apparel Angel Armoury are unable to deliver to Saudi Arabia, UAE or South Africa.
Returns
A full refund will be issued under the terms that that the purchased items are returned within 14 days of the delivery date, in their original condition. Please contact nancygorman@astralapparel.co.uk to arrange a refund and obtain a return address, return packages without advanced authorisation will not suffice. Return costs are at the purchaser's expense unless discussed otherwise.
For international returns, ensure that the customs form is marked as 'returned goods, no commercial value'
Astral Apparel Angel Armoury are unable to accept returns occupying customs charges.
